For Alamo and Enterprise non-airport reservations the vehicle will be held for 2 hours after the specified pick up time. After this Alamo and Enterprise can not guarantee that a vehicle will be available upon your arrival.
For Hertz non-airport reservations the vehicle will be held for 1 hour past the specified pick up time. After this Hertz will try to provide a vehicle for you, however, availability cannot be guaranteed.
If the Alamo, Enterprise or Hertz location closes within the holding time and you fail to pick up the vehicle, the reservation will expire at closing time of the location.
For Alamo, Enterprise and Hertz airport bookings if you have included your flight number with your booking, a vehicle will be held until the flight has landed and cleared. If a flight delay results in your arrival after the branch closing time, a staff member will wait for the flight to land and clear. If the delay is in excess of 1 hour after the branch closing time, an out of hours fee may apply. If you have not included a flight number with your booking, Alamo, Enterprise and Hertz will hold the vehicle for a period of up to 2 hours after your specified pick up time or until the branch closing time, whichever is earlier.
